Restructure your business!

With eBay’s new fee structure, it was time to restructure our business. We are in the process and already SO pleased with the results. We have found and are finding new / other avenues to sell, section off parts of inventory to different sites that work well for those items and breathe a sigh of relief that we are no longer so dependent on eBay!!!!! HALLELUJAH! Can I get an amen up in here?!?

As we go into the final quarter of 2009 the race will get tight for the top of the mountain. What does ColderICE think many forecasted would take place years down the road could possibly manifest in the next 4 months?!? Could Amazon overtake eBay in the 4th quarter? Read the entire post
